About Villa Marlow

Villa Marlow is a self-contained two-bedroom holiday home located just south of Perpignan, in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of southern France. Set within a peaceful residential complex, the villa enjoys an elevated position with beautiful open views, while remaining within easy walking distance of Collioure’s historic centre and beaches.

Where you will stay

The ground floor features a bright open-plan living and dining space, designed for relaxed holiday living. There’s comfortable seating, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table for six and a dedicated desk area. A separate, fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a full evening meal with local produce.

Upstairs, the villa has two inviting double bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and TV, while the second bedroom offers a double bed, TV and open wardrobe space. Both rooms enjoy lovely views and thoughtful touches such as USB sockets and bedside reading lights. A separate bathroom with power shower completes the upper floor.

    • Desk area, Sofa Bed, Smart TV plus DVD player with selection of DVD’s and Wi-fi.

    • Covered and uncovered terrace area with outside table and chairs.

    • Small front garden space with seating.

    • Fully equipped Kitchen includes induction hob, eye level oven, microwave, dishwasher, 

    • Washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, plenty of crockery, glassware, utensils, pans, kettle, toaster,

    • Filter and espresso coffee machines and food blender. Iron, ironing board and drying rack.

    • Upstairs 2 Bedrooms 

    • Master Bedroom – King size bed, built in wardrobe, TV and air conditioning

    • Second bedroom – Double Bed with open wardrobe hanging space and TV

    • Both rooms have USB sockets and bedside reading lights and wonderful views.

    • Separate Bathroom with power shower, vanity sink unit, hairdryer, heated towel rail and large storage cupboard.

    • One point to note - the stairs are open wooden stairs so may not be suitable for toddlers or anyone with mobility issues.


    • Outdoor communal swimming pool open between 15th June and 15th September each year

    • Hard surface tennis court open all year round

    • Wooded grounds with pétanque playing area and outdoor table tennis table.

    • Landscaped garden areas and car parking.

    • You’ll find racquets, balls, table tennis bats and boules in the villa ready to use.

    • The residency is slightly elevated and the villa has steps down from the front gate to the front door 

    • Aside from the small incline to the residency the walk Into town and the beaches is relatively flat. 

    • Not suitable for people with restricted mobility. 

Facilities on site

Outside, Villa Marlow really comes into its own. A small front garden provides a quiet spot for morning coffee, while the large rear terrace—partly covered—offers space for dining, lounging and soaking up the views across vineyards, mountains and towards the sea.

Guests also have access to excellent communal facilities, including a swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September), a hard tennis court, pétanque area, table tennis and landscaped wooded grounds. Sports equipment is provided in the villa for your use.

Price guides

Price guides are per week and will be confirmed on booking. Short breaks are calculated as a percentage of the weekly price. A 50% Deposit is required on booking. Price includes laundry and cleaning fees.

Collioure is very much an all-year-round destination:

  • Low season: January, February, March & November

  • Mid season: April, May, June, September & October

  • High season: July & August (the liveliest and busiest months)
